However, Unwav will do its best to recover any lost or damaged data or content.

1.5. Termination: Unwav may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account if the information supplied is found to be inaccurate, false, or fraudulent. Unwav may also suspend or terminate your account if you breach any of the policies, terms, or license agreements governing your use of our website, products, or any other contractual obligation. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur before termination.

Unwav reserves the right to remove any material submitted or posted by you in the public areas, without notice to you, if it becomes aware and determines, in its sole and absolute discretion that you are or there is the likelihood that you may, including but not limited to:

3.1. Products: All Unwav products are bound by the terms of the copyright license agreement. A copy of this agreement is also supplied within the zip file of all products.

3.2. Price Changes: Unwav may, at any time, change or alter the price of its products. Unwav does not offer refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offers.

3.3. Digital Delivery: All orders placed on the Unwav website are delivered digitally via the internet. They are not sent via post or delivered to the customer as tangible goods.

3.4. VAT Disclaimer: Ordering on our website may include your obligation to pay applicable taxes upon receiving the product/s. You will be responsible for paying it to the relevant tax authority. You will be taxed according to the country that you purchase from or your organization is registered in. Tax rates differ between countries and are subject to change from time to time. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services and pay for VAT you should consult your local VAT office before ordering. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the legal information provided to you or apply the law to the facts of your specific situation.

3.5. Refund Policy: We are proud of the products we make and believe that anyone can get something valuable out of them. However, on the other hand, we understand that not every product may work for every producer. What we value the most is the satisfaction of our customers. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you can get your money back, no questions asked.

Please note that the following restrictions apply at all times. We only offer one refund per customer on only one product. We do not refund bulk orders. Additionally, we do not provide refunds on product bundles. If a purchased product is not working due to pirated/cracked software, we will not provide any support and refunds.

Also note that once we successfully refund a product, you lose access to our royalty-free license and do not have our permission anymore to use that product for commercial as well as non-commercial purposes.

4.1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Unwav be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential loss, liability, or damages arising under these terms and conditions or license agreement or in connection with the Unwav website. The foregoing limitation of liability shall apply in any action, whether in contract, tort, or any other claim. The user hereby acknowledges that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise, and services available through the Unwav website.

4.2. Acceptance: By using the Unwav website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unwav and its directors, employees, third-party content providers, designers, licensors or the like from any and all losses, claims, demands, causes of actions and judgments including legal fees and court costs which may arise from any content, merchandise or services available through the Unwav website.

4.3. Applicable Laws: Any relevant terms and conditions, policies, license agreements, and notices shall be governed by and construed according to Germany’s laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Germany in respect of any disputes arising in connection with the Unwav website, merchandise, or any relevant terms and conditions, policies, license agreements, and notices or any matter related to or in connection therewith.

You acknowledge that by visiting the website from time to time, you shall become bound to the current version of the relevant terms and conditions. Unless stated in the current version, all previous versions shall be superseded by the current version. 4.5. Cession: Unwav shall be entitled to cede, assign, and delegate all or any of its rights and obligations in terms of any relevant terms and conditions, policies, and notices to any third party.
