Each DAW handles updates and version compatibility differently, so we recommend you keep your DAW up-to-date, just like we do. Sometimes you may be able to use an older version of your DAW than the one we recommend on our product pages. However, we do not recommend this since you may run into stability issues, or the project files may not open at all.
